NEW EQUIPMENT FOR PATERSON SCHOOLS

Nineteen schools in the local area are benefiting from new or upgraded facilities and equipment, thanks to the Albanese Government’s investment in local schools.

The local projects include:

  • Arise Christian College - Building new outdoor learning spaces, and installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Beresfield Public School - Building new outdoor learning spaces and upgrading an existing outdoor learning space. Installing shade structure
  • Holy Spirit Infants School - Building new outdoor learning spaces and upgrading an existing outdoor learning space. Installing shade structure
  • Holy Spirit Primary School - Installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Hunter River High School - Purchasing and/or upgrading ICT equipment (including laptops and tablets) and repairs or maintenance to school facilities
  • Hunter Trade College - Purchasing and installing air purifiers
  • Kurri Kurri Public School - Building new outdoor learning spaces, and installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Maitland Grossman High School - Building new outdoor learning space
  • Millers Forest Public School - Building new outdoor learning spaces
  • Pelaw Main Public School - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces, and installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Rutherford Public School - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces
  • Rutherford Technology High School - Refurbishing classrooms
  • St Phillips Christian College Port Stephens - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces, installing and/or upgrading shade structures, and Repairs or maintenance to school facilities
  • Standford Merthyr Infants School - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces, installing and/or upgrading shade structures, and Repairs or maintenance to school facilities
  • Tarro Public School - Installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Telarah Public School - Building new outdoor learning spaces, upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces and purchasing and/or upgrading ICT equipment (including laptops and tablets)
  • Tomaree Public School - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces
  • Woodberry Learning Centre - Upgrading or improving existing outdoor learning spaces, and installing and/or upgrading shade structures
  • Woodberry Public School - Installing and/or upgrading shade structures

 

This all part of the Government’s School Upgrade Fund which has delivered a total of $452,182 in local projects in the Paterson electorate.

These new projects which are now complete are helping to build and better and fairer education for students across the Paterson electorate.
